A Department of Education Primary School Nurse will be visiting our school on Thursday 30 July to conduct FREE Health, Wellbeing and Development Checks for Prep students. A School Entrant Health Questionnaire (SEHQ) is available online on the VicStudent portal, which needs to be completed for each Prep student before this visit (please ‘register as a user’ before completing the questionnaire). Please contact the school Admin office if you require a hard copy of the SEHQ questionnaire.
